Hi! I'm Haley Tobias, a Virginia, Maryland, and DC wedding florist, and the creator of Cedar and Lime Co. I specialize in field to vase flowers and being the mama of three adorable small children. The many loves of my life include my family, dancing, reading, and of course, flowers. I can often be found at antique and thrift stores searching for my next little treasure, usually in the form of a vase I hope to use at a wedding or event someday. Bespoke pottery is my current weakness. I love to eat all types of foods, especially Indian food and cheese. With a background in ballet and modern dance, my floral arrangements tend to take on a soft, flowing aesthetic.
I love to use lots of bright colors and unexpected, textural elements like berries, flower pods, and more.
Why Cedar and Lime? The cedar represents the collective's foundation, our roots (pun intended!) in sustainability and giving back to our community. The Blue Ice Cedar also happens to be one of our favorite foliages to use in winter. The lime represents our spunk. We like to keep things whimsical, colorful, bright, and fun! And we just like the way Cedar and Lime sounds. As one of my sweet friends put it "It has good consonants."
Hey there! My name is Pamela Moore, I'm a Virginia native, creative, and a dog mom. I love to try new things and go to new places, you only live once so live it colorfully!
I have a formal education in Community Health but decided to take a different path in 2016. I always had a love of all things nature, all due to my Bolivian roots.
I am inspired by flowers in their natural habitat, growing wild and dancing in the wind.
I capture movement and specialize in loose style arrangements. But don't think I'm a one trick pony, I love it all and that includes large scale installations.
I met Haley at a freelancer meet up and we've worked together ever since. We bonded over sustainable floral practices and the field to vase mentality.

Whenever possible, we use fresh, seasonal, local flowers for our arrangements.
We are committed to providing our clients with the best possible flowers, and to us, that means locally grown. We create gorgeous floral designs, using naturally and healthfully grown flowers, while promoting and supporting a more sustainable local floral industry. Through purchasing local flowers, we are able to support our local economy. We are closely partnered with local flower farms and are able to be fully involved in the growing process, supporting our farmers along the way.
We are committed to giving back to both our local and global community.
Whether donating our flowers and services to a fundraising event or donating a portion of our proceeds to worthy organizations, we are always looking for ways to serve. With a passion for seeing an end to the world's orphan crisis, we are closely partnered with One Life to Love and regularly donate to International Justice Mission.
With every event, we focus on sustainability. We have almost completely eliminated single use plastic and floral foam from our designs. We compost any floral waste and reuse vessels and hard goods whenever possible. When our flowers don't come locally, we recycle any and all packaging.
