MEET KAITLYN
operations manager, lead designer
Kaitlyn is new to the floral industry but she loves the beauty of the natural world. Flowers make her happy! With 8 years of management experience, she takes special care in making couples feel supported throughout the planning process. From vision to event day, she strives to ensure all the pieces fit perfectly together. She can't wait to share the joy of brining couple's ideas to life!
When not in the CLC studio, she can be found trying new foods with her husband, cuddling with her two cats, and enjoying the outdoors.

MEET REGAN
floral design manager, lead designer
Regan's love for flowers begain in the foothills of the Sustina Mountain Range in Alaska, where she spend her childhood exploring and gathering wildflowers and berries by the handful. With a background in Environmental Biology and Botany, Regan's passion for sustainability and love for the wild beauty of the natural world perfectly align with CLC's mission and values. She has spent years designing and growing flowers locally for boutique farms and shops in the DMV. Getting back to her roots out in the fields with the farmers is her sweet spot. She truly understands all the late nights, broken back, and dirty fingernails that go into bringing such beauty to life.
When not in the CLC studio, she is most likely in the woods on her next adventure - whether that be backpacking hundreds of miles, a sunset walk, rock climbing, and biking. She loves to work in the garden, read, sing, explore breweries, and treasure hunt a thrift stores.

MEET HALEY
owner, creative director
The many loves of her life include her family, dancing, reading, and of course, flowers. She founded Cedar and Lime Co in 2014 as a small side business to bring in some income while being a stay at home mom. Little did she know, she would absolutely fall in love with flowers, her couples, and the whole wedding world. Twelve years later, this business has become one of the things she is most proud of and has grown into something she never even dreamed could be possible.
With a background in ballet and modern dance, and a love for the natural world, her floral style tends to take on a soft, flowing, organic aesthetic. She love to use bright colors and unexpected, textural elements like berries, flower pods, and more.
When not in the CLC studio, she can be found homeschooling her kids, cuddling her chickens, tending to her veggie garden, reading, and romping through the woods, near and far.
