Magical Winter Wedding at the Historic Rosemont

My goal for 2016 was to not book any weddings in February. I was due with our second kid in January, so I figured it would be good to take the month off. And then my sister’s best friend had to go and get engaged and plan her wedding for February 14th. I love her to bits so I couldn’t say no, nor did I want to! Thankfully, my first wedding back after kid #2 was for such a good friend, that I was able to ease back into things. We decided to go with deep plum, whites, and creams, and were inspired by Hogwarts’ Great Hall during the Yule Ball. We played up the winter theme by adding in some pine cones, in the centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres. And can we talk about how gorgeous this bride is?!? She looks stunning in her white cape amidst the barren orchard. The wedding was simply beautiful and I’m so glad I was able to be a part of it! Enjoy!
